We are located in the Southern tip of Muskoka- in Tay, Waubaushene area, y Hwy 400 ( meaning your vacation won’t be spent in traffic). Only 1 hr north of GTA's Wonderland. Easily accessible by Hwy 400 from Exit 149 and 153. We are an establishment which is well known to many and is currently under revitalization. Inside Rooms are very generous in size between 250 to 300 Sq ft. with a fridge, microwave, cable TV, and WiFi for you convenience. The cottage flair of room decoration and make you feel like you are at the cottage. The clean air outside and inside (electrical heating) will help relax on our comfortable beds. Outside You will love your time spent outside that stretches acres 7 Ac of land -half of it under natural setting accessible to patrons. The wet land at the edge of the property is home to many birds that are present in the area. A fire pit is available, as is our areas for non-restricted outdoor sports for you to use. Things to Do Summer - Swimming, boating,kayaking, fishing, bicycling, hiking, ATVing Fall - Hunting, fishing, bicycling, hiking, ATVing Winter- Skiing, snowmobiling, snowshoeing,ice fishing, hiking, Surrounded by Georgian Bay and Gloucester Pool you have easy access to water. The walking distance to beaches in community parks in the area, including Port Severn Lock 45 of the Trent-Severn Waterway National Historic Site of Canada, give you plenty of things to do. Bicycling- you can start you journey here and connect to beautiful Tay Bicycling Trails at the shores of Georgian Bay all the way to Midland. Being in an area of excellent fishing you will find many opportunities to do that here. Numerous Marinas for boat rental will serve you well. Please come and stay with us for a short or long time.
